Whether it's a car accident, sports injury or a body part that just seems to keep getting worse no matter what you throw at it, cluster massage sessions can help break this cycle by releasing physical tension, reducing pain, and promoting relaxation.

We will do a discovery call, learn about your history and goals, and focus on creating a functional treatment plan unique to your situation. Chronic pain sessions start with 2-3 sessions per week, spaced 2-3 days apart, and adjust as needed. I give you easy to do homework and recommend other trusted health professionals if I feel like they are better suited to meet your needs.
